Payment
We use PayPal to accept credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and other bank cards). Of course, we also accept payment from your PayPal account.
We are paid at the time you submit your order. Shipping is an additional charge and will be added during the check-out process.
We do not charge sales tax, as we’re located in a US state that has no sales tax. Yay!
Shipping
Since we’re a small company, life sometimes interferes with the daily shipping process. And because we can’t (yet) afford to stock a large amount of inventory, we may sell out if our kits become super-popular. If we expect it will take more than two business days to ship your order, we’ll let you know by e-mail when we expect it to ship.
Domestic (United States) Shipping: US Postal Service Priority Mail. Delivery is two or three business days and costs $5 for single-item orders.
International (non-US) Shipping: US Postal Service First Class. Delivery is two to nine business days and costs $5 to $10 for single-item orders.
We do not offer tracking, insurance, or confirmation at the moment.
The buyer is responsible for all tariffs, customs fees, etc. Customs fees and delays are often unreasonable, but we can not mark international shipments with an incorrect value, or as a gift.
Returns
Kit products: We will accept returns only for items that are in new condition. That is, all components are un-bent, and un-soldered. We must receive your return within 45 days of our ship date so we can refund your payment. We do not pay return shipping, but will refund the shipping you paid when you ordered.
If you already started soldering your kit, please visit our forums to get help. We will do our best to help you.
