The ShareBrained store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify accepts all major credit cards. We also accept payment from your PayPal account.

We are paid at the time you submit your order. Shipping may be an additional charge and, if required, will be added during the check-out process.

We do not charge sales tax, as we're located in a US state that has no sales tax. Yay!

Since we're a small company, life sometimes interferes with the shipping process. Orders typically ship in two business days, but it can take longer.

Domestic (United States) Shipping: US Postal Service Priority Mail. Delivery is two or three business days.

International (non-US) Shipping: US Postal Service First Class. Delivery is two to nine business days.

Tracking is provided on shipments. Tracking accuracy varies depending on the destination country.

The buyer is responsible for all tariffs, customs fees, etc. We know customs fees and delays are often unreasonable, but we can not mark international shipments with an incorrect value, or as a gift.

Assembled products: We will accept returns if the product doesn't work the way you expected. We must receive the product within 45 days of our ship date so we can refund your payment. We do not pay your return shipping, but will refund the shipping you paid when you ordered.

Kit products: We will accept returns only for items that are in new condition. That is, all components are un-bent, un-soldered, un-scratched, and otherwise un-modified. We must receive your return within 45 days of our ship date so we can refund your payment. We do not pay return shipping, but will refund the shipping you paid when you ordered.

Our products are open-source. Source code (firmware, schematics, circuit board layou) and documentation can be found on GitHub, particularly in the Wiki pages for individual projects. Please also see the individual product pages on this site for more direct links to the support you're seeking.

If your kit is missing a part, isn't functioning as you would expect, or you need help, please e-mail us at
